Shipping
We ship within Australia and certain items may be shipped internationally. Contact BodyTastic Sales on sales@bodytastic.com.au if you are an international customer who wants to purchase from us.
We encourage you to contact us for shipping costs related to larger orders. We are happy to quote delivery and installation costs if required.
If you have trouble at the checkout with shipping simply contact BodyTastic on 03 9873 8000 as you may require a customised freight quote to your location.
Most products are held in stock at our Melbourne Head Office and generally ship within one to two business day of ordering.
You are welcome to either pick up or arrange a carrier to collect your goods from our Vermont Warehouse. Contact BodyTastic to organise.
Delivery Details
Delivery pricing of Commercial fitness equipment over 100kg includes a tail lift delivery for Commercial clients.
A commercial address has to be located in a business district. If you work from home this will usually be considered a Residential delivery address and incur an extra cost (around $90). Contact BodyTastic if you seek clarification.
Orders are packed and despatched once payment has been cleared. Tracking details will be sent to your email address.
You will be charged a redelivery fee if the site is unattended at time of delivery. You can otherwise arrange to pick up the goods from our carriers capital city depot.
