Heavy duty, fully commercial plate loaded shoulder press with high quality needle bearings for moving parts. It comes with a unique seat adjustment system which has a quick and smooth action. The Shoulder Press also comes with an Instruction placard that details the muscle groups used plus the starting and finishing positions for the exercise.
